Swinging the Town With The David Hermlin Trio: 1930s swing.

A Sunday night of 1930s American swing presented by the David Hermlin Trio with their new program "Swinging The Town". The trio consists of David Hermlin, Lorenzo Baldasso and Sascha Kommer – a singer and drummer, a clarinettist and a pianist from Berlin, Milan and Stuttgart. Rather than copying their role models, they develop their own lively style reminiscent of the great swing era combos, above all the Benny Goodman Trio. Expect music, singing and dancing all night long in true vintage style, as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival.
