About

A dark, physical, absurd comedy in which a backstage breakup between tango partners spirals into chaos when Roxana ends her relationship with Mateo five minutes before their performance. Director Gianpiero, an eccentric 'artistic genius' and alleged descendant of Julius Caesar, decides to transform the disaster into his greatest masterpiece, casting Mateo as a werewolf and Roxana as a swan while manipulating them in front of a live audience. The result is an unhinged collision of Argentine tango, conspiracies and theatrical madness, with the director bowing while the actors call an ambulance. Voila! Theatre Festival and The Playground Theatre present the show, created by artists including Agata Nielsen, Erwin Janke, Mateusz Mirek and Maddy Miron, with Krystian Godlewski as consulting director, lasting 60 minutes with no interval.
