About

A Halloween evening of ghost tales and poems built around Edgar Allan Poe, staged in the historic NYC Marble Cemetery. Toni Blackman performs as "The Raven," Bob Holman reads a newly discovered Poe poem called "Brain Fever," and Haitian poet Denizé Lauture presents a Creole-inflected "Annabel Lee." Listeners will also hear "The Tell-Tale Heart" and can take a break from the Village Halloween Parade to raise Poe and his kindred spirits from their resting places.
