$34.50–$58
About
A concert evening at Sony Hall pairing a solo headliner with an opening duo. Pokey LaFarge, an Illinois-born troubadour of two decades, plays his freewheeling brand of 20th-century American music, featuring songs from his album Rent Money, which mixes heartfelt personal expression with social commentary. Opening act Cicada Rhythm, the Georgia pair Andrea DeMarcus and Dave Kirslis, offer modernized folk with articulate guitar picking, Julliard-trained bass lines and chilling harmonies.
