Reflections in Music: Time Remembered

Reflections in Music: Time Remembered is a concert evening built around the enigmatic composition of that name by the great jazz pianist Bill Evans. It explores the classical side of the musical world that shaped Evans and the music he in turn inspired. The program brings together music by Bach, Ravel, Debussy, Poulenc and Dutilleux alongside Stravinsky and Ligeti, plus the world premiere of a new work by Reflections' artistic director Bruce Wolosoff, commissioned by Wendy Keys in honor of Blythe Danner. Performing are Catherine Winters Boyack on flute, Narek Arutyunian on clarinet, Christina Nam on violin, Michael Nicolas on cello and Bruce Wolosoff on piano.
