Taco Series at Oyamel

Taco Series at Oyamel is a new taco series celebrating the taco as a beloved staple of Mexican cuisine. Oyamel launches the series, inviting fellow chefs, restaurants, and creative partners, and will feature a special edition taco every month to celebrate cultural exchange, creativity, and the shared language of food across cultures. The series kicks off in January with Oyamel's first collaboration with the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical BUENA VISTA SOCIAL CLUB™, translating the spirit of Cuban music and culture into a limited-time taco. Inspired by Cuba's classic dish ropa vieja, the Chan Chan taco features arroz con habichuelas, crema de plátano, and cilantro, connecting the stage and the kitchen through tradition, artistry, and cultural storytelling.
