«Les quatre Couteaux»: dinner cooked by its four authors.

A book launch followed by dinner at the LaSalle Restaurant & Bar in Zurich. Four friends – Remy Fabrikant, Georgos Stylianou, Adrian Huwyler and David Burst – present their cookbook «Les quatre Couteaux – Das Kochbuch der Hausmänner» with 41 recipes. Together with LaSalle chef Andreas Medewitz they shape the dinner and cook their recipes on the plate. Guests can meet the four authors in person.
