Certificat en courtage immobilier

The 'Certificat en courtage immobilier' is a continuing education programme on real estate brokerage. Designed by and for real estate brokers at the SVIT School, it covers the broker's role, responsibilities and legal obligations, as well as the human and technical qualities needed to navigate an environment with many stakeholders with confidence. The training runs over 13 days and takes place at the SVIT School, with real-time remote attendance also possible. Admission requires either an introduction-course attestation, a certificate in technical building management, or one year of practice in the real estate economy.
