Berufsbildnerkurs für Hotellerie und Gastronomie

The Berufsbildnerkurs für Hotellerie und Gastronomie is a five-day course for people who train apprentices in hospitality and gastronomy. It is run by GKZ, Gastro Kanton Zürich. Participants learn how to support apprentices professionally and to foster their technical and personal development, covering the role of a vocational trainer, training plans and appraisal interviews. Teaching takes place in person with practical examples and group work, and a certificate is issued after full attendance.
