Elizabeth - I'm not a Bitch zum letzten Mal

«Elizabeth - I'm not a Bitch» is a theatre piece shown for the last time on 28 October at Theater Winkelwiese. It was created by author Gornaya and actress Milva Stark as a guest performance co-produced with Schlachthaus Theater Bern, directed by Jonathan Loosli. The piece counters Schiller's misogynistic portrayal of Elizabeth I in «Maria Stuart» with a humorous, feminist counter-draft – an Elizabeth of the 21st century. It explores female self-assertion, power in everyday life and the relationship between the genders.
