Feldenkrais: movement class with Gertrud Hämmig.

Feldenkrais is a movement class at the Gemeinschaftszentrum Witikon community centre in Zürich. Gertrud Hämmig leads the course, which is built on the Feldenkrais method, a body-oriented approach to learning that trains conscious awareness of the body and of how it can move. This awareness opens room for change, easing physical complaints, improving mental functioning and increasing wellbeing.
