Fit im Quartier at GZ Grünau is a movement session for senior*innen at the Grünau community centre in Zürich. It is part of the pilot project «Fit im Quartier – Gesundheitsparcours für Senior*innen», run by the Fachstelle Zürich im Alter of the City of Zürich. The project supports the health and everyday mobility of older people, aims to lower the risk of falling and to strengthen encounters and exchange between generations in the neighbourhood.
