House ⇆ Shed ⇆ Field

«House ⇆ Shed ⇆ Field» is a public lecture by Ito Tamotsu at ZAZ Bellerive Zentrum Architektur in Zurich. The architect, working between his native Gifu and metropolitan Tokyo, shows how he treats demographic shifts, obsolete industrial facilities and regional waste streams as generative constraints rather than limitations. He frames this approach through the «Non-Modern Hybrid», arguing for the critical necessity of «re-assembling» our built environment as he moves between the «House», the «Shed» and the «Field».
