Johanne Lykke Holm – Gesichter im Spiegel

A literary conversation at Literaturhaus Zürich about the novel «Gesichter im Spiegel» by Swedish author and translator Johanne Lykke Holm, held in English. Her latest novel, published by Aki Verlag and translated from Swedish by Hanna Granz, became a success with readers and press in Sweden. It tells of Bernarda and Silas, children of the Malmö city theatre who build a lawless, enchanted world backstage, until something happens and twenty-five years later Bernarda is haunted by the past she tried to suppress. The conversation is moderated by Salomé Meier, with readings by Alicia Aumüller and a book table from Buchhandlung Sphères.
