About
Jon Cleary • Konzert is a live concert at Kaufleuten. The Grammy winner and funk-soul-blues virtuoso from New Orleans brings the groove of the Crescent City to the stage – soulful, funky and full of joie de vivre. Musically rooted in the legendary clubs of New Orleans and shaped by collaborations with icons like Taj Mahal and Bonnie Raitt, he combines deeply rooted tradition with fresh, modern energy. With «The Bywater Sessions» in tow, Jon Cleary and his band – Dave Priseman, Damian Hand, Cornell Williams, Thomas Glass and Pedro Segundo – deliver second-line rhythms and soulful R&B.
