10:00 Meditation für die Familie

"Meditation für die Familie" is a meditation and play morning for children aged 6 to 12 at the Kadampa Meditationszentrum in Zürich-Altstetten. The children discover mindfulness topics such as inner peace, love, patience and appreciation of others through play, supported by creative activities like painting, crafts and games. The morning is led by Karolina & Eva Zimmermann together with experienced meditation leaders. In parallel, a meditation for parents takes place, ending with a shared Z’nüni.
