Meditativer Kreistanz

Meditativer Kreistanz is an evening of circle and pathway dancing held in the Heilig Geist church. Led by Brigitta Biberstein, a leader of sacred dance, carefully guided dances invite encounters, reflection and prayer. Mindful walking and dancing promote self-awareness and train flexibility and memory, while the circle form centres on the middle and gives a glimpse of God's presence. No prior knowledge is needed, no registration is required, and flat shoes and comfortable clothes are helpful.
