Pilates & Dance Fusion, GZ Leimbach

Pilates & Dance Fusion is a movement and dance class for women aged around 30 and up who want to get moving and work up a sweat. The 75-minute session includes a warm-up with dance and yoga elements, a workout section (HIIT and Pilates exercises) with stretching, and finally a choreography part in which various dance and music styles are practised. The instructor is Marie Skret, a trained stage dancer and Pilates instructor as well as a dance and movement therapist in training. The class takes place in the dance studio of the Gemeinschaftszentrum Leimbach, and joining is possible at any time.
