Carve and decorate turnips, then join an evening procession.
Räbenschnitzen im Rütihof, GZ Höngg
About
In the afternoon, turnips are hollowed out and artistically decorated with stars and other motifs, and in the evening participants can join a procession organised by the Quartierverein Höngg. Behind the event are the neighbourhood work GZ Höngg with Jennifer Mösenfechtel and the crafts department Werken & Gestalten with Samuel Hättenschweiler, in cooperation with the Quartierverein Höngg. Children and adults are warmly invited to experience this craft together; children up to 7 years should be accompanied.
