Regenerierendes Yin Yoga

"Regenerierendes Yin Yoga" is a yoga session with regenerating Yin Yoga exercises, breathing exercises, floor stretches in mostly longer-held positions and a closing relaxation, with a meditation on the last Friday of each month. The teacher is Gabriela Baumgartner, a trained yoga, Qi Gong and Lu Jong teacher and meditation leader, author of «Meditieren. Ruhe finden. Kraft tanken». The session helps release physical and mental tension, find your rest mode and recharge your batteries. If possible, bring a mat and a cloth.
