Ribera del Duero: wine-pairing tasting with six courses.

The evening is devoted to the wines of the Ribera del Duero region and is part of the Wine Chapters series by Wine Education Switzerland. The series was founded by wine educator Lilla Fülöp and Master Sommelier Tony Lécuroux. It is a themed wine-pairing tasting rather than a dinner: chef Vincent Dettling serves six courses to match the wines. The language of the session is English.
