Sofalesung: Ed Wige & Yves Raeber – Milch Lait Latte Mleko

At a Sofalesung, Swiss debut authors present their texts in a personal setting, seated on a shared-flat sofa or studio couch. Ed Wige presents her novel «Milch Lait Latte Mleko», which tells of a mother and daughter who flee the war in Yugoslavia and end up in Switzerland. Through the girl's eyes, the novel explores exile, the consequences of war, the new language and the family's secrets. The reading is moderated by Edward Mandry and held in French with German translation by Yves Raeber.
