Workshop: Wein & Food Pairing, GZ Höngg

A workshop on wine and food pairing in the Galerie at the Gemeinschaftszentrum Höngg. Using selected examples, participants discover how systematic pairings of wine and food create new taste experiences. The basics of food pairing are explained in an accessible way, and combinations are compared together to sharpen the senses and perception for aromas and structure. The principles can later be applied easily and playfully at home.
