About
World Frequency Day Zürich is an evening that combines science, music and sound to strengthen wellbeing and community. It is organized by the Swiss Mindfulness Institute together with the Frequency School, a global initiative that Zürich joins for the first time in 2026. Researchers and musicians explore how music, sound and human connectedness affect how we live together, with talks, a panel and a resonance experience of breathwork, light, live music and shared singing. It is also a fundraising event: remaining proceeds go to the Frequency School Impact Initiative and emerging school projects in Switzerland.
