About
At Moods in the Schiffbau building, the Zurich Jazz Orchestra performs with composer and saxophonist Sarah Chaksad, playing big band and contemporary jazz. Chaksad, who has shaped the European jazz scene for about a decade, leads the music and wrote the compositions; her narrative, richly colourful musical language is at the centre. The concert is part of the Female Composers Series and will also be streamed live. It is partly seated, with no guarantee of a seat.
