About

A Bug’s Life is the first institutional solo exhibition in Germany by the Berlin-based artist Arash Nassiri, presented at Fluentum. At its core is the film of the same name (2025), co-produced by Fluentum, Chisenhale Gallery in London and Fondation Pernod Ricard in Paris, in which an insect puppet travels at night through an opulent Beverly Hills villa designed by the Iranian architect Hamid Omrani. Fluentum also shows two new sculptural series made for the exhibition: architectural models based on Omrani's designs and insect motifs set into marble fragments using the pietra dura technique. The exhibition is curated by Raoul Klooker.
