About
On the occasion of the exhibition „Moving Clouds“, PalaisPopulaire invites you to an artist talk with the Slovak artist Lucia Tallová, who was named Deutsche Bank's „Artist of the Year“ 2026. The conversation, held in English, brings together the exhibition's curator Britta Färber, Head of Art and Culture at Deutsche Bank, with the Slovak art historian Lucia Gregorová. From photographs from old books and magazines, combined with found objects, natural materials and objects, Tallová develops multi-layered visual worlds in which memory, loss and utopia are explored as much as questions of ecology, modernity and suppressed female histories. After the talk you can discover her new catalogue over a glass of wine; the exhibition can be visited beforehand.
