A guided tour following the traces of the site's history through the Humboldt Forum. Spread across the whole building, 35 traces recall important events and aspects of its past, with evidence from the palace and the Palace of the Republic. The Stiftung Humboldt Forum im Berliner Schloss is behind the display, with a particular focus on the Palace of the Republic and the time after its demolition. For example, the well-known signage system with pictograms by Klaus Wittkugel from the Palace of the Republic is presented.
