"Aus Pflanzen gemacht! Farben herstellen" is a family workshop run by the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin. At the Haus Bastian, participants explore how dyes are made from plants, mix their own colours and try them out. In the Alte Nationalgalerie they look at the colour tones in paintings and observe which appear most often. There is also painting and collaging, and colour recipes can be taken home – please bring small jars for your colours.
