Ballettgespräch – Stilwechsel: Klassik trifft Gegenwart

A talk event by the Staatsballett Berlin in the Apollosaal under the title "Stilwechsel: Klassik trifft Gegenwart", asking how much tradition lies in contemporary dance and how much present lies in a classical role. Dancers such as Weronika Frodyma, Giovanni Princic, Alizée Sicre and Shuailun Wu, together with ballet master Fabio Palombo, speak about what it means to switch between dance styles, how the view of one's own body changes, and what everyday rehearsal life looks like with two coexisting aesthetics.
