"Barista-Kurs Kompakt" is a hands-on workshop lasting three hours in which participants make espresso and milk foam themselves. The course is run by Godshot, a café and provider of such seminars in Berlin. Participants practise correct grinding, portioning and tamping as well as preparing espresso to the SCAE standard and fine-pored, creamy milk foam. The workshop is aimed at beginners and advanced learners who want to learn or deepen the craft of a barista.
