Das Dinner
Deutsches Theater, Schumannstraße 13a, 10117 Berlin, Mitte
About
"Das Dinner" is a theatre piece at the Deutsches Theater, a moral crime story and debate piece full of twists and surprises. Based on the novel by Herman Koch, it is directed by András Dömötör, who has staged several productions at the Deutsches Theater. Two couples of parents meet in an upscale restaurant because their sons have committed a crime, and must decide whether to report them or cover it up. Violence, double morality and what the adults themselves stand to lose are at the heart of it.
