"Das Gefühl einer großen Freiheit" is a reading with accordion music, part of the series "Global Sound Stories: Akkordeon trifft Literatur" at REFO Moabit. Ukrainian writer Yevgenia Belorusets reads from her text series "Musik aus dem Fenster", dedicated to her grandfather Michail and exploring music's defiant role in the private sphere. She is accompanied musically by the accordion ensemble Motion Trio. Belorusets has documented Russia's invasion of Ukraine since February 2022; the trio has won acclaim from both jazz and classical critics.
