About
An English-language guided tour at the Neues Museum about the zodiac. The curators of the cabinet exhibition "Schicksal in den Sternen. Die Anfänge des Tierkreises" offer insights into what the zodiac really is: an oracle, a projection surface for our striving for knowledge and security, or a coordinate system that makes the movement of the planets calculable. They also explain where the zodiac comes from, how it spread across the world, what it was used for, and how it was depicted. Participation is free of charge with a valid exhibition ticket, and no registration is required.
