About
A guided tour titled „Säugetierschädel, Hirsche und Hornträger“ as part of the series „Einblicke in die Forschungssammlung“ (Insights into the Research Collection). It is run by the Museum für Naturkunde, where researchers use the collections of mammal skulls as well as deer and horn bearers to identify species, trace evolution and study changes in biodiversity. The tour also shows that many objects came to Berlin during the German colonial era, and the new presentation was developed together with co-curators from several African countries. Since violence against people and animals is addressed, a minimum age of 12 is recommended.
