About
The public guided tour „BERLIN GLOBAL in 60 Minuten“ takes place in German through the BERLIN GLOBAL exhibition at the Humboldt Forum. Room-spanning installations, multimedia stagings and stories lead through seven themed worlds that make Berlin tangible as a historically grown, globally connected metropolis. Highlights include a massive vault door telling of dispossession and persecution while also symbolising the club scene of the 1990s, and original lamps from the Palast der Republik. The dialogical tour invites visitors to turn the interactive „Rad der Geschichte“, dance in a walkable disco ball and explore the site's history through telescopes at the windows.
