About
"GEHEIME PLÄNE: Uphill Battle Rechtssystem" is a Sunday talk at the Roter Salon. Once a month, Jean Peters of the media house CORRECTIV speaks there with strategists from campaign teams, social movements, parties and politics about how to win against the authoritarian backlash. This edition is about the law itself: how courts can be protected from authoritarian capture, which tactics can move things within the legal system, and which mechanisms prove surprisingly fragile in practice. The guests are Christina Clemm, Seda Başay-Yıldız and Jean Peters.
