About
A staged reading in which the report of the innkeeper of the 'Stimmings Krug' recounts the last hours of Heinrich von Kleist and Henriette Vogel at the Wannsee. Presented by the Mutter Fourage Kulturstiftung gGmbH with Nanda Ben Chaabane and Lorenz Chr. Köhler of Drehbühne Berlin, it shows how, in an apparently cheerful atmosphere, the tragedy of their joint suicide on 21 November 1811 unfolds step by step. The reading about love, resolve and one of the most moving chapters of German literary history takes place in the gallery and is limited to 60 places; registration is requested.
