At the Zebrano-Theater, “Hörspiele zum Zugucken” is a staged audio-play evening with stories and anecdotes by Anton P. Tschechow. Christine Marx plays all the female roles and compiled the texts, while Klaus Nothnagel takes all the male roles and composed the music especially for this evening. It is about Tschechow's early tales, in which he depicts the small and big lies of everyday life with a sharp yet loving eye, exposing spouses and other fools. Tricky everyday situations come up, such as unwelcome relatives visiting or a wife concealing a harmless holiday affair.
