About
Shcha7sec is a nomadic micro-festival for animated films no longer than 7 seconds. Its 13th edition takes place as a „festival microorganism“ within the Interfilm Festival, where it joins bigger festivals for synergy effects. Animations by professionals and amateurs in any technique can be submitted; there is no selection and no jury – every film that follows the rules will be shown. In one evening with an opening and closing ceremony, several hundred films run in about an hour and a half, and a livestream on Instagram is planned.
