About
The JIB Creative Music Orchestra performs a work composed by Anthony Braxton especially for this occasion, in the Georg-Neumann-Saal of the Jazz Institut Berlin. Behind the concert is a multi-day workshop in which the visionary composer and multi-instrumentalist Braxton gives around 25 students of the JIB insights into his artistic practice. The musicians learn his improvisation language, "Language Music". The concert is a highlight of this year's Jazzfest Community Week and admission is free.
