Taste of Korea cooking class with Eun-Young Cho.

A hands-on cooking class dedicated to classic Korean dishes. The focus is on the seasonal side dishes of Korean cuisine known as „Banchan“, along with bulgogi, jabchae glass noodle salad, braised tofu, quick kimchi and cucumber salad. The class is led by Eun-Young Cho, who was born in Berlin to Korean guest worker parents and has been teaching Korean cooking classes since 2013. True to her motto „Cooking is love“, she prepares authentic Korean home cooking the way she learned it from her parents, who opened Berlin's first Korean restaurant in 1979.
