About
"Lust auf Wandel" is a film that asks how we can change our mobility, and takes a cinematic journey through inner movement, outward departure and the power to change our lives. Directed by Peter Knoch, it tells not of technology but of the longing for a different life, of letting go of old habits, of movement as medicine and silence as a turning point. In poetic images, with scientific impulses from Dr. Gerald Hüther and Prof. Dr. Harald Kipke, it becomes a journey through mindfulness, creativity and departure. It begins where change actually happens: within people.
