About

"Mama" is a feature film about Mila, who returns to Poland after fifteen years working as a domestic worker in Israel and finds that her husband and adult daughter have learned to live without her. Caught between two worlds, she desperately tries to win back the closeness she has lost. With her debut, which premiered in the Official Selection at Cannes, director Or Sinai confirms her reputation as a sensitive observer of women's lives. It stars Evgenia Dodina, Arkadiusz Jakubik and Katarzyna Lubik.
