About
MAMI is a theatre work in a wordless, ritual theatre of images. In it, director and performer Mario Banushi condenses personal memories into an intense experience between birth, desire and loss. The piece tells of mothers, of closeness and detachment, and of what is passed on. It is a homage to the women who raised us and to the ambivalences of this legacy.
