A guided tour in German Sign Language through the exhibition "Metaxy : Zwischen Zerstörung und Wiederaufbau". The exhibition looks at the period between destruction and reconstruction, that uncertain moment when it is still open how societies deal with loss, guilt and memory. The tours are led by a deaf guide. Starting from the academy building at Hanseatenweg as an exemplary site of post-1945 reconstruction, it presents a search for traces in the history of Berlin's Hansaviertel and positions from many countries.
