About
Piano Duo Festival for Improvised & Experimental Music is a festival dedicated to free and experimental improvisation on two grand pianos. It was initiated in 2024 by pianist Isabel Anders at the Kühlspot Social Club and is now run by a small, growing team. Each evening presents three piano duos, featuring pianists from Austria, Sweden, the USA, Germany and Switzerland. On the first day, Elias Stemeseder plays with Georg Vogel, Hada Beneditto with Luca Manzo, and Sylvia Bruckner with Niko Meinhold.
