Vegan Journey to Jerusalem 2.0

"Vegan Journey to Jerusalem 2.0" is a cooking class held in German at the cooking school of Goldhahn und Sampson in Charlottenburg. Behind the class is Petra Rimkus, who has been cooking in Berlin kitchens since 2002, founded her catering service deli.cat in 2012 and has also run EVE coffee & kitchen since 2020. She takes participants on a vegan culinary journey to Jerusalem, reinterpreting dishes from the eastern Mediterranean in her own well-known way and turning everyday dishes into new favourite dishes. The menu includes, among other things, roasted cauliflower with caramelised radicchio, portobello with giant bean purée, and flatbread with lemon hummus.
