About
Move Breathe Reset – All Levels Yoga Class is a friendly, accessible yoga session for everyone, from complete beginners to long-time practitioners. It is taught by Michelle and described as community led, with movement encouraged through kindness, curiosity, and exploration. Each session begins gently, builds energy throughout the practice, and finishes with a relaxing savasana. Michelle's aim is for participants to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected with themselves.
