About

An evening lecture titled 'Celebrating History: The 1926 pilgrimage', tracing the footsteps of 100 members of the Order of St John on an historic and symbolic pilgrimage. Dr Elizabeth Siberry leads the talk, which recalls how in March 1926 over a hundred members of the Order sailed on the steamship Asia, flying the Order's flag in the Mediterranean for the first time since 1798, on a pilgrimage to sites associated with its history. It is an online evening talk from the Museum of the Order of St John, in partnership with the St John Historical Society.
